Mary M. McPhillips is a Democrat politician from Middletown, Orange County, New York.
Political career
She is a former member of the New York State Assembly and served the 94th District, from 1983 to 1990.[2] Mary was an Orange County Executive from January 1, 1990 to December 31, 1993 and she was Presidential Elector for New York in 1992.[3]
