Marwice [marˈvit͡sɛ] (formerly German Marwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubiszyn, within Gorzów County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Lubiszyn and 11 km (7 mi) north-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 600.
