Marty Jackley is an American attorney from the state of South Dakota. He is the current Attorney General of South Dakota.
In 2006, Jackley was appointed by Mike Rounds, the then-Governor of South Dakota, to be United States Attorney for South Dakota. Rounds appointed him in 2009 to succeed Larry Long.[1] Jackley won reelection in 2010.[2]
