Marcos Gabriel do Nascimento or simply Marquinhos Gabriel (born July 21, 1990 in Selbach), is a Brazilian attacking midfielder who plays for Palmeiras.
Career
Gained prominence in the youth of Colorado, especially the performances in the Campeonato Brasileiro Sub-20, 2008 and in São Paulo Juniors Cup 2009. Along with another revelation striker Leo, Marquis has been training with the professional group of Inter. On August 30, 2009, Marquis makes his first start as a team owner in Colorado with a fantastic performance, scoring the goal, giving assistance and taking apart the defense of Goiás
He finished the 2009 season high, but as early as 2010 in the preseason, Marquinhos was injured and lost a lot of space on the team. Recovered, promising attacking midfielder fight for space on the team, including wanting to be entered in the second phase of the Libertadores 2010.
