Mark Pagel

Mark Pagel is a professor and head of the Evolutionary Biology Group at the University of Reading.[1]

Pagel's fields include evolutionary biology and the development of languages.[2]

He was editor-in-chief for the Encyclopedia of Evolution published in 2002.[3]

Pagel is the author of the 2012 book Wired for Culture: The Natural History of Human Cooperation.[4]
