Mark Ghuneim is the Founder/CEO of digital marketing agency and technology incubator, Wiredset[1] and Trendrr,[2] a social media tracking service designed to structure and contextualize large data sets in real-time for rapid-response brand management.[3] [4] Prior to that, he spent 16 years at Sony Music as SVP of online and emerging technology, working with artists such as Destiny's Child, Jeff Buckley, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan and Billy Joel.[5]
Ghuneim has moderated numerous panels at industry gatherings,[6] guest lectured at universities in Los Angeles and New York, and contributed articles as well as interviews on emerging online trends in digital media.[7] [8] [9] He has worked with NYCLU and ACLU addressing surveillance in public spaces[10] and Ghuneim’s photographs have appeared in publications such as New Musical Express and the British Music Weekly.
