Mark Howard Francis Beach (52–53) is the Dean of Rochester.[1]

Biography

Beach grew up in Staffordshire.[2] He studied Theology and Theological Studies at the University of Kent for his BA in 1980.[3] Further studies brought him his MA in Mission and Ministry from Nottingham University in 1995.[3] From King's College he obtained a University of London Doctorate in Ministry (DMin) in 2011.[3][1]

He trained for the Ministry at St. Stephen's House between 1985 and 1987.[3] His curacy was at Hucknall Torkard in the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham. He then moved the few miles to the parish of Gedling (in the same diocese) as Rector from 1993 to 2001.[1] He transferred to the Diocese of Wakefield to be Bishop's chaplain between 2001 and 2003 before settling in Rugby as Team Rector.[1] He left Rugby in 2012 to take up the appointment of Dean of Rochester.[1]
