Mariusz Kamiński (born September 25, 1965 in Sochaczew) was the head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA) in Poland until October 2009. Earlier he was a member of the Sejm elected on September 25, 2005 getting 9142 votes in 19 Warsaw district, candidating from the Law and Justice list.
He was also a member of Sejm 1997-2001 and Sejm 2001-2005.
Kamiński was dismissed (as the head of CBA) on the 13th of October 2009 by prime minister Donald Tusk.[citation needed]
President Lech Kaczynski awarded Kamiński the Commander's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
