Maribor Cathedral (Slovene: Stolna cerkev sv. Janeza Krstnika) is a Roman Catholic cathedral in the city of Maribor, Slovenia.

The Gothic building dates to the 12th century, and is dedicated to John the Baptist. It is the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Maribor.
