Margaretamys is a genus of rodent in the family Muridae. It contains the following species:
- Beccari's Margareta Rat (Margaretamys beccarii)
- Christine's Margareta Rat (Margaretamys christinae)[1][2]
- Elegant Margareta Rat (Margaretamys elegans)
- Little Margareta Rat (Margaretamys parvus)
