Marcos Tébar Ramiro (born 7 February 1986 in Madrid) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for UD Almería as a midfielder.

Football career

Having made the vast majority of his football grooming at Real Madrid, with a loan spell with city neighbours Rayo Vallecano, Tébar made his professional debuts for Real Madrid Castilla in Segunda División, in 2006. The following season he appeared regularly, but the side was eventually relegated.

On 31 May 2009 Tébar made his debut for the first team, appearing in the season's closer, a 1–2 La Liga loss at CA Osasuna, replacing another youth product, Gary Kagelmacher, at the hour-mark.[1] In January 2010 he was loaned to Girona FC in the second level, until June.[2]

In the 2010 summer, Tébar started pre-season with Real Madrid under new boss José Mourinho. On 13 August, however, he returned to his previous club on a permanent basis for three years, being sold for a mere 100.[3]
