Marcinowo [mart͡ɕiˈnɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gołdap, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, bordering the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Gołdap and 127 km (79 mi) northeast of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
