Marcel Black (born 25 March 1951) is an American Democratic Party politician, who, since 1990 has been a Member of the Alabama House of Representatives. He currently represents the 3rd district taking in Colbert County. Outside of politics, he is an attorney with the company Black and Hughston, P.C.
He is the Ranking Minority Member on the Financial Services Committee and the Education Policy Committee. [1]
