Marc Rogers

Marc Rogers is a Canadian acoustic and electric bassist.

He has performed and/or recorded with a diverse group of artists including Norah Jones, Philosopher Kings, Susan Tedeschi, Joe Lovano, Mike Stern, Kenny Wheeler, Lewis Nash, Terri-Lynn Carrington, Kelly Jefferson, K'naan, Rahzel, Bowfire, Karen Kosowski, Holly Cole, and Michael Kaeshammer.[1] He has recorded and written music for film and TV including Zoe Busiek: Wild Card, the L Word, Lie With Me and Saint Ralph.

In 2006 the ensemble he was a part of was nominated for a Juno Award in the category Contemporary Jazz Album of the Year for the recording One Take - Volume II.
