Marcus "Marc" Ross Freiberger (November 27, 1928 – June 29, 2005) was an American basketball player who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics. Freiberger played collegiately at Oklahoma. He was part of the U.S. men's basketball team which won the gold medal
Freiberger died in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
