María José Rienda

María José Rienda Contreras (born June 12, 1975 in Granada, Spain) is a former World Cup alpine ski racer.
Rienda won the last two giant slaloms of the 2005 season, the first victory for a Spanish ski racer since Blanca Fernández Ochoa in December 1991. Rienda has 6 World Cup victories, all in giant slalom.
María Rienda represented Spain at the 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics. She missed the 2007 season and most of the 2008 season due to injuries. She retired from giant slalom in Špindlerův Mlýn on 11 March 2011.
