Provincial Trunk Highway 15 (PTH 15) is a provincial highway in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It runs from the Perimeter Highway (where it meets with Route 115/Dugald Road) east to Elma, Manitoba where it intersects PTH 11.

On the trip between Winnipeg and Elma, several significant landmarks exist including the towns of Dugald and Anola. Dugald is a sleepy hamlet with a population of under 1,000. It is famous, the site of the catastrophic Dugald Train Disaster. Its social calendar is highlighted by the Springfield Agricultural Fair, an annual one-day assemblage of locals, which reaches its fever pitch at the culmination of the Great Wellington Boot Throw. The intersection to Winnipeg suburb Oakbank (several miles down the road) is located in Dugald as well. Anola is also a town along the highway. Along that stretch of picturesque highway lies the longitudinal centre of Canada, which is marked on PTH 1, several miles south.
