"Maniacal" is the seventeenth single by the industrial band Front Line Assembly, and the first single from their studio album Civilization. "Maniacal" was released in the U.S. via Metropolis on October 21, 2003. The single was released October 20, 2003 in Germany on Synthetic Symphony.

It is the first single to feature Rhys Fulber after his return to Front Line Assembly. The third track off the CD single, "Anti", is an exclusive B-side.
