Mangkolemba is a sub-division of Mokokchung District in the Indian state of Nagaland.
Mangkolemba is a small town in Mokokchung district of Nagaland, India. Bounded by rivers and mountains, it covers an area of about 2sq. km. It has a population of about 6000 people and it has about 1300 households. The town is the sub-divisional HQ. of three ranges, namely, Changkikong, Japukong and Tsurangkong (covering about 40 villages). Locational Information: Area 2 km2 Altitude in Meters from Sea Level 870. Road Distance from District HQ 66 km. Distance from State Capital 218 km and 165 km from the commercial hub of Nagaland, i.e. Dimapur (also the nearest airport from the town). It is 45 km from Mariani (Assam) (also the nearest railway station).
