Mandres (Greek: Μάντρες) or Hamit Mandres (Greek: Χαμίτ Μάντρες), (Turkish: Hamitköy) is a town located north of Nicosia, Cyprus. It is located within the Lefkoşa District of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. It has a population of 2898[2] and has become a suburb of North Nicosia.[3] It is in the borders of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality.[4]
