Mamik Singh is an Indian actor, who works on television and has also worked in five Bollywood movies. He is best known for his roles in Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar (1992) and Ssshhhh...Koi Hai (2002).[1]

Career

Mamik made his acting debut in the hit film, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar (1992) as Aamir Khan's elder brother Ratan. Despite the film's popularity, Mamik did not get any role in films for five years, so he started working in TV serials on STAR Plus. He worked in three more films, with the hit Kya Kehna (2000), being his last film. After that film, Mamik ended his career in Bollywood and continued to work on television, producing many hit serials on STAR Plus, which include Saahil and Maal Hai To Taal Hai. In Ssshhhh...Koi Hai (2002), Mamik starred in his first lead role and his most popular role to date, Vikraal, a ghostbuster. He starred in Black, a TV serial currently on 9X. He also starred in Kaala Saaya which aired on Sahara One. Currently, he appears in Kahani Chandrakanta Ki which airs on Sahara One.
