Malšovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 13.03 square kilometres (5.03 sq mi), and has a population of 825 (as at 3 July 2006).
Malšovice lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Děčín, 13 km (8 mi) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 75 km (47 mi) north of Prague.
