Malšice is a market town (městys) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 38.6 square kilometres (14.9 sq mi), and has a population of 1,747 (as at 28 August 2006).
Malšice lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Tábor, 45 km (28 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 81 km (50 mi) south of Prague.
