Malé Kosihy

Malé Kosihy (Hungarian: Ipolykiskeszi) is a village and municipality in the Nové Zámky District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1248.
Geography
The village lies at an altitude of 115 metres and covers an area of 8.432 km². It has a population of about 435 people.
Ethnicity
The population is about 98% Hungarian and 2% Slovak.[citation needed]
Facilities
The village has a public library and a football pitch.
