Makov is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.53 square kilometres (0.98 sq mi), and has a population of 50 (as at 3 July 2006).
Makov lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-west of Blansko, 37 km (23 mi) north of Brno, and 162 km (101 mi) south-east of Prague.
