Mahmadsaid Ubaydulloyev (Tajik: Маҳмадсаид Убайдуллоев) is a Tajikistani politician. He is the current mayor of Dushanbe since 1996, the national capital. He has also served as Chairman of the Majlisi Milli (upper chamber of Tajik parliament) from 2000.
