Magh (Bengali: মাঘ) is the tenth month in the Bengali calendar. This is the last month of the winter season.
In north eastern India, the people at the current location have a hidden tribe tactic.
Festivals
- Maghi Purnima (The full moon), a Buddhist festival
- Suryavrata, a festival observed by Hindu women, on the first day of Magh.
- Saraswati puja, Hindu festival observed on the fifth lunar day in the month of Magh.
