Madhu is a Tamil film released in 2006 by director K. Thennarasu. starring Githan Ramesh and Priyamani in lead roles and Rekha, by Ilayaraja's music. Githan Ramesh as a hero this was his second movie after the huge expectation from movie Githan. The film released on May 12, 2006.

Madhu is Produced by K.KaliyaMoorthy . His earlier movies were Bhagavat Singh & Gurudeva(2005)

The vivek comedy was well known. In this movie Vivek cheats common people by saying that he will give a chance to act in Tamil movies.
