The MV Klahowya is an Evergreen State Class ferry operated by Washington State Ferries. She is most likely to be found on the Fauntleroy-Vashon-Southworth run. Although in early 2008 she served the Inter-Island run in the San Juans due to a vessel shortage. In August 2012 the Klahowya again served the Inter-Island run.[3]
Klahowya is Chinook for "Greetings."
