Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 21 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MED21 gene.[1][2]

Interactions

MED21 has been shown to interact with Cyclin-dependent kinase 8,[3][4][5][6] BRCA1,[7] GTF2H4,[7] MED6,[8] POLR2A[3][4][7] and GTF2F1.[4][7]
