Měcholupy is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.91 square kilometres (4.98 sq mi), and has a population of 199 (as at 3 July 2006).
Měcholupy lies approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) south-east of Plzeň and 89 km (55 mi) south-west of Prague.
