Mănăstirea Humorului is a commune located in Suceava County, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Mănăstirea Humorului, Pleşa and Poiana Micului. The 16th-century Humor Monastery is located in the commune.
At the 2011 census, 79.4% of inhabitants were Romanians, 19.5% Poles and 0.8% Roma.
