Lysovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.29 square kilometres (2.04 sq mi), and has a population of 262 (as at 2001).
Lysovice lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of Vyškov, 26 km (16 mi) east of Brno, and 208 km (129 mi) south-east of Prague.
