Lynda Block is a fictional character in the Sky One drama, Dream Team. She was also a big rugby fan growing up and idolised lions player like Bill Beaumont and Rodney O'Donnell. Lynda is played by British actress Alison King.

Lynda Block is one of the longest running characters in the show which has now ended after the tenth series. Lynda first appearing at the start of the second series. Her character is regarded as one of the most popular in the shows history.

During series 6, 7 and 8 she was serving time in prison for the murder of Prashant Dettani. She was released on the infamous day of the playoff final between Harchester and West Ham where all but 3 members of the team were killed.

Lynda Block was serving as harchester's chief executive until her boyfriend (club owner) Alex Rose announced he had killed his brother Casper Rose. This is where she left and was also pregnant with Alex Rose's baby. She came back in the last episode of Dream Team and had a small role.
