Lymari Nadal (born February 11, 1978)[2] is a Puerto Rican actress.[1] She has performed different roles in several films.

Biography

Nadal was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She graduated from high school at Academia Santa María. She received her first college degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico at Ponce.[1][2] In an interview, she said about herself that she was "Ponce-blooded."[1] She moved to Los Angeles, California in 2001. She married Edward James Olmos in 2002.[2]

Career

Nadal always wanted to be an actress. She went to Mexico and England to learn acting.[1] After her acting classes, she felt very strongly that she was still rejected within the acting industry. However, Nadal began to take part in her husband's theatrical arts company as a producer.[1]

Nadal's latest film is América.[1] She is best known for her role as Frank Lucas's wife in the movie American Gangster.
