The Luteoviridae are a family of viruses, including the following genera:

Luteoviridae

The luteoviruses are a group of plant viruses. The virion particle is non-enveloped, the nucleocapsid is isometric and 26-30 nm in diameter with icosahedral symmetry. The genomes of the luteoviridae are linear, positive sense ssRNA ranging in length from 5641 to 6900 nucleotides, and replicate within the cytoplasm. Luteoviruses can act as helper viruses for Umbraviruses, providing them with a coat protein.
