Lupinoblennius is a genus of combtooth blennies found in the western Atlantic Ocean.

- Lupinoblennius nicholsi (Tavolga, 1954) (Highfin blenny)
- Lupinoblennius paivai (S. Y. Pinto, 1958) (Paiva's blenny)
