Lukov (German Luggau) is a small town (městys) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The town covers an area of 14.28 square kilometres (5.51 sq mi), and has a population of 245 (as at 2 October 2006).

Lukov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Znojmo, 65 km (40 mi) south-west of Brno, and 174 km (108 mi) south-east of Prague.
