Luke Gale (born 22 June 1988 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England) is a rugby league player for the Bradford Bulls in the European Super League. He plays as a stand-off or scrum-half.

A Leeds academy graduate, he joined the Harlequins Rugby League club from Doncaster in 2009, after winning the National League Two Young Player of the Year for 2008, where he became the club's record points scorer in a season.

It was announced in July 2011 that Gale signed a 2 Year Deal with the Bradford Bulls.

2012 - 2012 Season

Luke featured in two of the four pre-season friendlies, he played against Dewsbury Rams and Hull FC. He scored against the Rams (2 tries, 7 goals) and against Hull (1 goal).

Gale featured in three consecutive games from Round 1 (Catalans Dragons) to Round 3 (Wigan Warriors). An ankle injury kept him out for Rounds 4-12 and Round 4 of the Challenge Cup. Luke featured in fourteen consecutive games from Round 13 (London Broncos) to Round 27 (Catalans Dragons). He featured in the Challenge Cup game against Warrington Wolves. Luke scored 143 points this season. He scored against Catalans Dragons (5 goals), Castleford Tigers (11 goals), Warrington Wolves (5 goals), London Broncos (1 try, 10 goals, 1 drop goal), Salford City Reds (2 goals), Leeds Rhinos (5 goals), Wakefield Wildcats (7 goals), Wigan Warriors (5 goals), Widnes Vikings (5 goals), Hull KR (6 goals), Huddersfield Giants (1 try, 5 goals) and Hull FC (1 goal).

2013 - 2013 Season

He signed a 3 Year Extension to his contract in the off-season keeping him at the Bulls until 2015. Gale missed the pre-season game against Dewsbury Rams due to injury.

He missed Rounds 1-10 due to an injury. He featured in Round 11 (London Broncos) to Round 15 (Salford City Reds). Gale featured in Round 17 (Hull KR) to Round 19 (Widnes Vikings). Gale missed Round 20 due to the sudden death of his mother. He returned in Round 21 (Wigan Warriors) to Round 24 (Catalan Dragons). Gale missed Round 25 due to injury. He returned in Round 26 (London Broncos) to Round 27 (Huddersfield Giants). Luke also featured in the Challenge Cup against Rochdale Hornets and London Broncos. Gale scored against Rochdale Hornets (2 tries), Salford City Reds (1 try), Hull KR (1 goal), St Helens RLFC (3 goals), Widnes Vikings (4 goals) and Hull FC (1 drop goal).

Gale featured in the pre-season friendlies against Hull FC and Castleford Tigers.
