Lukas Steinhauer (born August 27, 1992) is a German professional ice hockey goaltender who is currently playing for the Schwenninger Wild Wings in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL). During the 2010–11 season, Steinhauer made his DEL debut appearing in 6 games for the Scorpions. Throughout the course of the season, Steinhauer was also assigned to EHC Klostersee, Hannover Braves and the Hannover Indians for brief periods on loan.[1] After spending the 2012–13 season with EHC Red Bull München appearing in just 4 games as a backup, Steinhauer signed a contract to move to the Schwenninger Wild Wings, the newest member of the DEL on July 1, 2013.[2]
