The Lujon is a musical instrument in the percussion family. It consists of metal tongs suspended inside a box; under each is a resonator.[1]
Composers
Composers who wrote for lujon include Jerry Goldsmith, Gerald Fried, Dave Grusin, and John Williams.
Henry Mancini used it in his score for Hatari!, along with other African and European instruments.[2]
