Luhyny Raion (Ukrainian: Лугинський район) is a raion (district) of Zhytomyr Oblast, northern Ukraine. Its administrative centre is located at Luhyny. The raion covers an area of 994 square kilometres and as of 2011 it had a population of 17,417 people.
