Lucy Fleck

Lucy Fleck (born 1985) is an American beauty pageant contestant who was crowned Miss Oregon on July 2, 2005. Along with the title, she received a $10,000 scholarship award and won the talent competition with her tap dance routine.[citation needed]

Her platform in the Miss Oregon competition, and in the following Miss America Pageant, was "Breast Cancer Awareness and Prevention Through Early Detection". Accordingly, she has volunteered with the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She was not a finalist in the Miss America competition, however, she did receive a $3000 scholarship.[1]

Fleck graduated from La Salle High School in 2003.[2] After high school, she attended the University of Portland, majoring in business.

She is the daughter of Martin and Julie Fleck and has two brothers.[3]
