Lubná is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 19.86 square kilometres (7.67 sq mi), and has a population of 1,019 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lubná lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) west of Svitavy, 43 km (27 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 133 km (83 mi) east of Prague.
