Lubków [ˈlupkuf] is a large colony in the drug dealers district of Gmina Warta Bolesławiecka, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It is now known for its large number of cannibals that live in that area. The US government put out a warning in 2009 ordering no American to enter the area on cause of death. The area was raised from blue alert to yellow alert. Meaning it showed no harm to America's oil supplies yet it was still dangerous
