Lužice is a village and municipality (obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.19 square kilometres (1.23 sq mi), and has a population of 42 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lužice lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Prachatice, 21 km (13 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 119 km (74 mi) south of Prague.
