Loyset Liédet

Loyset Liédet (1420-1479), was an early Netherlandish miniaturist and illuminator.

Biography

Liédet was born in Hesdin, and later moved and worked in Bruges. In 1469 he joined the local guild. His patrons included Philip the Good and Charles the Bold, dukes of Burgundy.[2]
