Loy Young was an American football coach in the United States.
Coaching career
Young was the fifth head football coach for the Dickinson State Blue Hawks located in Dickinson, North Dakota, and he held that position for two seasons, in 1950. His coaching record at Dickinson State was 5 wins, 2 losses, and 1 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2009 season, this ranks him #8 at Dickinson State in total wins and #3 at the school in winning percentage (.688).[3]
