Love Bites (band)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Love Bites is an English girl band, that formed in 2004 and disbanded in 2006. The band was reformed again in 2011.[citation needed]

Career

The girls all got together through their school and internet contacts. They started out as a three piece group consisting of Danielle Graham, Aimee Haddon (aka Aimee Strange) and Hannah Haddon. Nicki Wood was impressed with a song they had written that she decided to join the band. They did some touring and recording, but in early 2006 Wood left the band, shortly followed by bassist Graham.

The band released their debut single, "You Broke My Heart", on October 2005. The single got to #13 in the UK Singles Chart.[1] Shortly after the band went on a tour to schools in the UK, including a sell-out performance at Norton Knatchbull Language College in Ashford. The band released their second single, "He's Fit" in February 2006, and it charted at #48. An album 'Love Sucks' was planned but cancelled.
