Synopsis

Yang Yi-Ru is a workaholic who never took any time off for a vacation. Due to her extreme work attitude her family and friends decided to trick her into taking a much needed vacation on her 28th birthday by lying to her that she had cancer and had only 6 month left to live. Still in a state of shock from discovering she only had 6 months left to live, she meets Lan Shi-De (who was on a business trip) by accident in Boracay. When she told Shi-De that she only has 6 months left to live, she cried out her wishes to fall in love at age 28, get married at age 30 and have kids at age 32. As soon as he heard this, Shi-De proposed marriage to Yi-Ru so that he can fulfill all her wishes before she passes away. Yi-Ru doesn't know that Shi-De had actually met her 6 years ago during their college final examination and had fallen in love with her since that time. Yi-Ru accepted his proposal, thinking it was out of kindness, not love.

Under the blue skies and on the white sandy beach, with a red carpet covered in rose petals, Shi-De helped Yi-Ru fulfill her dream of getting married and also gave her the dream wedding that she wanted. From there on, Shi-De decided to accompany Yi-Ru for the number of days she had left to live. Soon after, when Yi-Ru found out her illness was a prank her family and friend pulled on her she left quietly without giving reasons to Shi-De. He swore to find Yi-Ru no matter what because, he doesn't want her to disappear quickly like she did years ago when he met Yi-Ru. He still doesn't know the fact that Yi-Ru had only 6 months to live was a prank pulled by her family, and that Yi-Ru herself did not even know at first.[7] But when the prank was revealed to Shi-De, her new husband felt cheated and unleashed his wrath on her.
